Rainny day, sofa and tv ... let's make a choc yummy recipe !!! Grab a pen and a piece of paper and try this out... very easy to do! You will need:
- 150 gr unsalted butter ( 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup of sugar . I used granulated sugar but I think caster sugar is better.
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup of plain flour
- 250 gr dark chocolate . I used 125 g 81% GD and 225 g dark chocolate Bellarom , you can easily find in LIDL ( 1.39 euro each), better only dark chocolate !
- pinch of salt for the egg white
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon of baking pouder
- Opcional: 100 g ground almonds or walnuts
100 g chopped milk chocolate . I used Milka
And PLEASE you must eat with the best ice cream in the world - Vanilla Ice cream Haagen Dazs.
5 Euro 500 g in TESCO Jervis .
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
2. Beat the 2 egg white untill flufly.
3. Melt the 250g dark chocolate in a double boiling.
3. In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in 2 yolks and 1 egg. Combine flour, baking powder, the melted chocolate , the grounded almonsds and the 100 g milk chocolate.
4. In the end fold the egg white in the chocolate mixture.
5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan. You can buy your baking tray in TK Max for 6.99 .
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan.
You see how easy... BROWNIE done !!!
I like to eat when is warn not too hot, so I let to cool for a while and after cut in squares . Pour a scoop of ice cream on the top , dust with cocoa powder or
